Home Safely

Just wanted to inform everyone that Levi and his family made it home safely yesterday. It was a very long and grueling flight but Levi was excited to get home.

Thanks again to you all! Your comments completed this 'blog' experience. - Gavin

Whew! Long trips are so tiring, and LONG! I'm glad everyone made it home safely. So...what now? Now that the Africa trip is over, I don't have much to look forward to every day. I realize that there's a lot to look forward to, but the blog was my excitement every day. Can we continue the blog thing for those of us who live 3000 miles away? Love to one and all!

Wow, What an amazing trip! I loved all of your accounts of your experiences, just awesome!! And seven continents on a single passport . . . that must be some sort of record :-) I've never heard of anyone accomplishing that feat before you and Mom!

How great that you knocked off the "big five" animals and then some some. What a neat experience to see the hungry lionesses attempt to prey on the rhinos and the rhinos defending themselves, like straight out of a discovery channel special! And I understand that its not the rainy season, but I can't imagine being as thirsty as that giraffe!!

I'm glad to hear that you and your family returned home safely. Happy (belated) Birthday and Happy Halloween!

With love and prayers from Pittsburgh-

Devin and Chuck

Hey Levi,

Haven't seen you in years, not sure if you remember me or not, or if you'll even be checking this anymore with all the christmas lights you guys need to hang up. You look great, your pictures are amazing! How have you been, I guess thats a dumb question, but I hope you are feeling great. Sorry for being such a brat back than, I'm sure I was a lot of fun to hang around with, and you had no choice, sorry about that :) I think I saw your cousin on TV? Maybe you're not related, anyway, what a nut, someone broke into his house and then he karate choped him in the head and got out his numchucks, maybe thats not accurate but it was funny seeing him on the news.

Hope to talk to you soon,
Dessa

wait, not sure how you would reply, anyway, if you are bored and want to hear stupid stories about my horse riding turkey I call John Wayne Turkey or about how much I love dumb reality shows like "i love new york", or you aren't tired of telling your stories, anyhoo, my e-mail is dlinsley@holly.colostate.edu.

Hey Levi, We have been heartsick this week learning of your diagnosis for the the first time from Claudia Conner. (Bless her for calling us!) We went home to San Diego this summer instead of going home to Salt Lake City this summer so we are a bit outside the loop. I have missed your folks by phone so far, so I hope you get this and know how much we love and care for you and your family. We regret not knowing about your courageous battles until now and yet how awesome it is to be able to share in your incredible life and adventures with this blog! The pictures and dialog are fascinating! How long can you stare at a skreen without permanant damage because I have not been able to break away from your web site.

Anyway- Levi, please know that our prayers from Seattle will be earnestly added to all those already expressed by your close freinds.

You are THE stud! God Bless! Edgehill Rocks!
