Some pics from Timbavati Kambaku Safari Lodge

We hope that you guys enjoy these pictures...it took almost two hours to post them. We are here in the middle of the African bush with really slow dial-up internet. This place is amazing and we have enjoyed being here with Levi and seeing him so alive, energetic, and happy. The bush has brought even more light into Levi's eyes! - Gavin

I realize how sheltered I am when I see these amazing pictures and the first thing that comes to mind is "The Lion King" - the Disney version, not even the Broadway version. Thanks for living the dream so that people like me can live vicariously through you!

I am so glad to hear you are feeling good, You are such an inspiration to me and make me smile everytime I think of you. I sit hear reading all of these blogs and find you even more amazing. You inspire so many people and so many people love you. How they feel about you doesn't amaze me. I have known how amazing of a person you are from the day I met you. I have had an amazing friend in my life since then. Well I'm off on the hunt and won't be back until you get back. Enjoy the rest of your trip and I hope your luck continues with the animals. Im excited to see you and see your awesome pictures and hear your awesome stories, but I don't want to wish our trips to be over. Enjoy it! I hope to come back with some good animal stories for you! Oh my word! Levi, you look awesome! Just to see your face in that picture makes the whole trip worth it! I'm glad you're having the time of your life. It's snowing today and windy and dark and gross. Logan is walking and has three new teeth! Paige finally can ride on her bike without training wheels and Taylor puked all over his floor last night and I stepped in it this morning....as you can see, a lot has happened since you left!!! We love you, we miss you, and we can't wait to see what you bring us when you come home!!

Levi,
It's Mick Mickelson, I wanted to know Sy has kept us up to date and our family prays for you every night. Just to put faces to names, we have the little toe heads that chase Einstien around everytime we come to visit Ron and Sy. We want you guys to come out for dinner when you get back so you can show us all the pictures! The kids would love. You have to do us a favor... you have to snap a photo of Ron the his traditional "plumbers crack" for the annual Chistmas Card. I know that there we be many opportunities...maybe Sy can catch him. We hope you guys are having an amazing time and you are feeling good. I will be putting you name in on the temple prayer roll in the morning. Hope all is well. Thanks for the blog! We love it.
